Areas We Serve Across Loudoun County & Northern Virginia
Patients drive to 20 Pidgeon Hill Drive from all over eastern Loudoun County and the Route 7 corridor. Here is where they come from and how to reach us.

Active Lifestyle Medical sits in Sterling, on the eastern side of Loudoun County, in the CountrySide commercial area just off Route 7 (Leesburg Pike), with the Potomac Falls neighborhoods right out the back door. Our patients come from much further than one ZIP code.
On a typical week the schedule includes families from Cascades and Lowes Island, data-center commuters from Ashburn, golfers from Lansdowne, and longtime patients driving over from Great Falls across the Fairfax County line. Sugarland Run neighbors are five minutes away, and we regularly see patients from Reston, Herndon, and Leesburg as well.
They make the drive because the care model is hard to find closer to home: chiropractic, physical rehab, and functional medicine under one roof, directed by Dr. Charles Arndt, a chiropractor with more than 35 years of experience. You do not need a referral to start.
